Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Currently we focus exclusively on Australian businesses due to tax law and regulatory differences. We're not equipped to handle international compliance nuances reliably.

Can you work with my existing bookkeeper or accountant?

Absolutely. We complement rather than replace. Most of our clients continue working with their existing professionals. We handle the operational tracking and organization, they handle the official reporting.

What software do you work with?

We're software-agnostic. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or custom spreadsheets. We adapt to what you're already using rather than forcing a switch.

Is there a minimum business size?

We work best with businesses doing at least $100K in annual revenue. Below that, the expense patterns are usually simple enough that DIY solutions work fine.

How quickly can we get started?

Most services can begin within a week of agreement. Cleanup projects may start sooner if your timeline is urgent.

Do you offer free consultations?

We don't do formal consultations, but we answer questions thoroughly via email at no charge. That usually tells you what you need to know about whether we're a fit.
